Passionfruit Mojito

Glass: Large Tumbler / Collins

Ingredients:
1 oz Park Glacier Rye
1 oz Captain Morgan white rum
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 mint leaves, torn
0.5 oz passion fruit puree or Monin Passion Fruit syrup
Soda top

Instructions:
Add ice to glass, build cocktail in glass, top with soda, then top with crushed ice (optional)

Garnish: Mint leaf
