Glass: Coupe

Ingredients:
1.25 oz Park Alpine Dry Gin
0.75 oz Triple Sec
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz passionfruit puree
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 needles Park Orange bitters

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to tin without ice and dry shake for 10-15 seconds to emulsify egg white.
Add ice to tin and shake for another 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish: Lemon twist and cherry
